Power to change

Consumers Energy needed to modernize two big projects: their public website and intranet.

As project lead on both, I conducted stakeholder interviews, defined the strategy, wrote personas, established requirements, created wireframes, designed the interface, and developed a style guide for implementation.

I also redesigned the company’s logo and wrote a new tagline to better communicate their mission.
